Reading some recent threads and some of the strange talk going on, it got me thinking that some contributors may have caught a disease that I call:
Conjunctionitis - a medical condition peculiar to UMSF'ers when something gets between them and new images from Mars Another one is: Marsles - symptoms include seeing black pixel spots all over your images downloaded from Exploratorium Anyone else have some interesting medical conditions they'd like to share? Astro0 PS: Yes, I'm trying to fill time until Mars-Earth conjunction is over! |

New guests on UMSF: the newly-knighted Fred Veyyor - welcome, Sir Veyyor. Next, we have the half-Klingon Ray N'Jerr. A warm welcome, please, for the slim knight -- Sir Lean. And, all the way from Ireland - it's the Thfinder family - first the children, and then Ma and Pa. She's just come out of the closet, actually - Ma's ex-press. Oh look, they've brought Peter Isaac O'Near, too. Oh, now here's a surprise - it's Otto! Gee, Otto! And - is this a solitary chicken from Rome I see, strolling up the red carpet, emerging from the dazzling glare of papparazi flashbulbs? Yes, just one Italian chicken... (actually, we don't let chickens in here any more, although are several other forums it might enjoy - Doug has the list.)
