It's summer here in Canberra, the DSN antennas glistening in the sunshine.

For Goldstone it's another matter - snow in the desert!

Snow is something that we rarely worry about here in Australia.
Yes, it has snowed at our station on occasions, but never enough to have it on the ground for very long or certainly ever cause the antennas an issue. We'd just tip it out anyway laugh.gif

As for vehicles capable of getting up there, well the vehicle Phil showed is nothing next to our really big work platform which we call 'The Bronto'.
