I want to suggest Paris-based UMSFers to have a look at the exhibition "l'amour de l'espace" (love of space) at the CNES headquarters at Les Halles, in the center of Paris.
The exhibition is open only two days (19 and 20 September) but it features some interesting objects including memorabilia of Frank Malina, the founder of JPL (including a picture of him at JPL during the Mariner 2 flyby), two small vials of lunar samples from Luna 16 and 24 (while I have seen many Apollo samples, this was the first time I saw Luna samples), a laser retroreflector of the type mounted on the Lunokhods, an Apollo 15 samples, a copy of the "fallen astronaut" figurine and many other interesting objects.
