NASA TV Daily Schedule
October 15, Thursday
2:15 p.m. (eastern U.S.)- NASA News Conference - Science Update
18:15 UTC

Naturally LRO / LCROSS data comes to mind, but that is only based on nothing else coming to mind. It could be that the uninformative title "Science Update," is used for subjects that would not interest the general public if stated clearly. laugh.gif

IBEX Explores Galactic Frontier, Releases First-Ever All-Sky Map

"For the first time, we're sticking our heads out of the sun's atmosphere and beginning to really understand our place in the galaxy," said David J. McComas.

I especially like number 15.. stars (?) look like sparks flying every which way.
“the Sun slowly orbits the center of the galaxy like a horse on a merry-go-round, taking about 250 million years to go around once, gently bobbing up and down through the disk.”
