Yes
it does. I make these kinds of designs for our tee shop and a few blogs with loyal commenters have numbered and posted them so everyone takes guesses at every robot, alien or whatever the theme is. I was too stupid to see that coming and when I saw people doing it on their own it was a pretty cool feeling. So, unlike here
I NEVER give out the answers because then people just search it online. No fun.
I did one for water access issues for a charity as well. The numbers were based on actual stats which were printed on the inside of the tee under the custom label.

Our customers largely WANT American Apparel tees. The womens are crazy fitted small. An XL looks like a MED at best. I got mine (men's XL) a few weeks back--love it!
Wore it to the hospital for my latest surgery, which resulted in a few inquiries from the medical staff about just what the hell the design was, which in turn provided an excellent opportunity for extemporaneous UMSF education...
