Just beautiful....

Amazed at the cell structure in the haze.

Sure CASSINI will watch this evolve over time. As well as what happens in the north as the Sun shines on what has lain hidden to optical wavelengths up til now.

Great images of the S Polar vortex everyone! The July 10th images show both the vortex and Adiri at a distance. The CB3 and BL1 filters show Adiri and the vortex to good advantage respectively as shown below. The images have been enhanced (CB3 doesn't show the vortex quite as well as depicted and the orangish color is the result of blending the Solar System Simulator location images and Photoshop Elements photo 'warm' filter effect). The Celestia program provides a nice grid which was rotated to match the BL1 image with respect to the terminator and S polar-centric vortex.
