Here's an image I made after some experimenting to create 'approximate true color' Microscopic images.
It's from Spirit, sol 333. The color overlay was taken from Pancam sol 334 (3-filters used) images of the target. There appear to be some darkgreenish patches resembling Olivine. Anyone has opinians? I realize the colors are not 100% as is but the overall look of these patches is green. -------------------- photographer, space imagery enthusiast, proud father and partner, and geek.
