Sadly, about all you can tell is that they ain't given up and gone home, and that one of them is fairly bald. At least nobody is dressed as an anime character!

At the last webcast, it was kind of fun watching a TV crew chase people around. I haven't seen them this time, yet.

Are you people getting a video stream from that page (http://jaxa.tv/)? All I can see is a photo-blog.

OK so what have I missed? I forgot that today is now tomorrow in Japan. It's still 7:20pm Friday for me. Glad you guys reminded me with these posts.
The control room looks deserted. (man it looks cramped in there. I'd go nuts sitting so close to my coworkers) -------------------- If Occam had heard my theory, things would be very different now.

I noticed on the control room web-cast that the big screen has started flickering. Just for grins, I did some screen captures, cropped to the screen, blew them up 3x, adjusted brightness/contrast, then did an unsharp mask:
My guess this may be some kind of output from the auto nav system... -------------------- --O'Dave

From the blog:
11/12: As of 12:30 JST, all instruments onboard are working normally. Still no mention of Minerva. |

Here's a link to a Google translation of the blog. There a bit more information than the few lines of English they provide on the live site. Just hit reload now and then and the Google window should be able to keep up.
Blog Translation It kind of works like a Rosetta Stone with the Google translation and then the English text both visible. For example I gather the term "to matte" that the auto translator kicks out, seems to mean "Itokawa". -------------------- If Occam had heard my theory, things would be very different now.
