I dunno.... most of the controllers seem to have left their terminals on the live feed....
and the body language of those left doesn't seem too excited. Hope things are OK...

Hayabusa is in beacon mode now. They are not receiving telemetry data anymore.

Oh many people in the control room is standing up and walking around...

The communication speed with hayabusa is quite slow, reportedly only about 2KB/s even with the midium-gain antenna (which cannot be used at the moment).
The images would be sent to Earth later.

The 'Muses Sea' is relatively flat, but still has many rocks that may bother Hayabusa. Let's pray for luck.

Now JAXA blog says that 'Hayabusa has started ascending for some reason'. I hope it does not mean a trouble..
