I have added a global view of Jupiter from Galileo . While it is shifted toward true color, since the data is IR8890-IR7560-Violet, the color is different from ordinary RGB.

HGA was wide shut while Eyes were wide open! Clink-clink-clink- go NH, go,

It did require a lot of fudging. IR7560 was the only complete color (Violet was nearly complete, minus a few dropouts), and IR-8890 is extremely incomplete. "Red" was a mix of IR7560 and IR8890, with the areas away from the equator, which IR8890 didn't cover, adjusted to blend in. Green is mostly IR7560 with some violet. Violet is pure violet, with adjusted IR7560 gap-fill. Galileo data requires "creativity"

I have a good version now. Still doing the finishing touches on the color, but this is pretty close (due to very inconsistent filter coverage, it is not an easy task. The full resolution version can be found by clicking on the small version on my website.
